Volunteers serve as an integral part in raising revenue to support the mission and programs of the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance by organizing and/or participating in special events. Committed individuals who serve as volunteers have a direct impact on the services the TS Alliance is able to provide to families and individuals affected by tuberous sclerosis complex.
Thanks to the never-ending support of volunteers across the country, the revenue generated through special event fund raising enables the TS Alliance to provide support services, fund vital research programs and produce informational materials for anyone who asks.
You can take action and raise money for the organization by becoming involved in national fund-raising efforts or by organizing a special event in your area. All fund-raising efforts are greatly appreciated by the organization. Volunteers can feel proud of the revenue generated by their event and of the overall total that events raise throughout the year.
Special events generate more than $1 million annually, which represents a substantial portion of the overall revenue the organization raises. For this reason, we are grateful for the continual support that volunteers give of themselves to raise revenue for the TS Alliance.
